Our goal in forming this organization is to help young women grow their professional skillset and interpersonal relationships at the University of Tennessee. We aim to support each other professionally in our pursuit of careers in science and engineering, both of which women are underrepresented in. By forming this supportive sisterhood, we hope to provide a community in which young women can collaborate and bond with each other to build meaningful relationships both academically and socially.
