A letter from our President

Sisters, alumni, and friends of Alpha Omega Epsilon,

My name is Lorryn, and I am honored to be serving as President of the Gamma Beta Chapter here at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville this year. Coming into freshman year back in 2020, I had no intention of joining any sorority, but my roommate convinced me to go through recruitment for the A.O.E. colony that was working to be installed as a chapter. Four years later and that was the best decision I have made in my college career. I have made many lifelong friends and gained such valuable experience through my time in leadership positions for the chapter. I am committed to improving our chapter and preserving all the qualities that makes it such a wonderful group to be a part of.

Our sorority strives to help women in science, engineering, & medicine find a community to support them, as well as developing collegiate women in our core pillars of sisterhood, professionalism, and philanthropy. I welcome you to explore our website to see what our sisters are up to and have accomplished recently. Check out our recruitment page to learn more about joining our sorority, and please feel free to contact me with any questions or inquiries!
